Siglo II Limited Reserve

Another cigar I picked up on a whim.

This cigar was a pleasant surprise. It was fairly smooth with a bit of pepper taste. Draw was fine, but it did not burn very evenly and needed a couple of torch blasts. It did give a bit of a buzz.

  1. Like Diamond E, I picked up a couple Siglo IVs awhile back and enjoed one very much. The other one has been loitering in ny humidor for awhile, so I decided it was time to burn it. I was not disappointed. This is an even-burning cigar that draws and smokes very well. The taste is Cubanesque-sweet, toasty, and smooth. While I like the Padillas, MOW, and PepĂns more, this is a good choice for a pleasant evening smoke. The beautiful yellow tube is a keeper.--Mamey

  2. I actually have had the siglo VI, and as far as a pleasant smoke is concerned this one is not a bad choice.
My qualm with this smoke is that I didn't feel it was as full flavored as it could be. (I am biased in that I am generally not a fan of mild/pleasant smokes).

  3. I enjoyed the COHIBA Siglo II I smoked. I enjoyed the cigar! I did not have a problem with it staying lit and I felt it was smooth, good taste and I regreted it being a II and not longer. It is a cigar taht one can smoke any day at any time since it is not too bold. I give this one a 3.5 GMTarondor
